The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Poco, has unveiled the X6 series in India. Featuring Xiaomi’s HyperOS and a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, the Poco X6 and X6 Pro are notable for being the first smartphones in India to come pre-installed with Xiaomi’s HyperOS.
The Poco X6 Pro comes equipped with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1800 nits. Handling graphics-intensive tasks is the Mali-G615 GPU, operating on the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra SoC.
The camera setup on the X6 Pro includes an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 64MP primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). For selfies and video recording, there is a 16MP front-facing sensor that caters to all your needs.
Equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery, the phone supports rapid charging with a 67W charger. These devices feature an IP54 rating, an in-display fingerprint sensor, an IR blaster, and run on the latest version of Android 14, based on Xiaomi HyperOS.
The Poco X6 series offers different pricing and color choices. The Poco X6 Pro is available at ₹26,999 for the 12GB RAM/512GB storage variant and ₹24,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant, with color options including Poco Yellow, Racing Grey, and Spectre Black.
As for the vanilla Poco X6 Pro, the 8GB RAM/256GB storage version is priced at ₹18,999, while the 12GB RAM/256GB storage edition costs ₹21,999. Color options for this model include Mirror Black and Snowstorm White.
Specifications of the Poco X6: It also has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a maximum brightness of 1800 nits. For graphics-intensive operations, the smartphone is powered by the Adreno 710 GPU in conjunction with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 engine.
